This hotel is very nice, but if you are staying just a couple of days in this region, you must find a nice hotel in Úbeda or/and Baeza. Nothing wrong with Sabiote, but Úbeda and Baeza is two fantastic renaissance towns which must be visited by every traveller in Andalucía. .

When you stay in Ubeda, you can take a trip up in the Gazorla Park during the day when lot of tourists invade Ubeda. Up there it's possible to have a good lunch at the Gazorla Parador. Back in Ubeda you can enjoy the town during the evening and night when tourists have left.
