This cosy pension is very central in San Sebastián. Is's just a few minutes
walk from the beach and the old quarter. Since the price of
accommodation in San Sebastián is a bit more expensive than in most other
Spanish town, this cheaper alternative may be a good choice. They have no
breakfast served, but there are breakfast restaurants all around, so that's
no problem. |

If you want sea view and would like a medium priced hotel, Niza is ideal.
There are few hotels in the world with such a beautiful view as you get from
this hotel. You can sea the great beach, the lovely promenade, and nice
houses all around. Just outside there are a great Spa area and a lot of
gourmet restaurants nearby. The hotel is a owned by an artist and has it's
own "beach" decor. The photo to the left is from one of the rooms. Please be
sure to get a sea view room, the rooms facing the street aren't any
interesting, and there are no difference in the prices.

Not far from Hotel Niza at the grand Beach Promenade, we find this very nice
hotel. The rooms with sea view are beautiful. The breakfast buffet is
extensive. But if you will save some Euros and you like a more youngish
clientele, choose Niza as your hotel instead.
